What does pre order mean?

We use pre-orders for our newer products and collections to help us gauge demand. As a small independent brand, this approach allows us to avoid overproduction, reduce waste, and maintain the high quality we're known for.

Items sold as pre-orders take anywhere from 6–8 weeks for production before shipping.

This timeline ensures consistent quality across all sizes and colors. We appreciate your patience — it allows us to make things the right way.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery takes 5–7 business days once shipped.
Note: We do not cover customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Each drop is produced in limited quantities, and returns aren’t sustainable at our scale.

Damaged or Defective Item?

If your item arrives defective, email us at contact@berlinc.co within 14 days of delivery. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement.
