Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order pieces will ship together once all items are complete.
Due to high demand, complimentary bundle items that sell out (tees, longsleeves, mohair beanies) will enter a limited pre-order phase which will take 6-7 weeks of production and fulfillment time.
Your entire order will ship once production is finished — ensuring every piece arrives together and meets BERLINC standards.

On-sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Delivery time: 2–5 business days (domestic).
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is fulfilled.

Pre-Order Items

What does pre order mean?

you're purchasing a product in advance so we can produce just the right amount.

We use pre-orders for our newer products and collections to help us gauge demand. As a small independent brand, this approach allows us to avoid overproduction, reduce waste, and maintain the high quality we're known for.

Items sold as pre-orders take anywhere from 6–8 weeks for production before shipping.


This timeline ensures consistent quality across all sizes and colors. We appreciate your patience — it allows us to make things the right way.

 

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery takes 5–7 business days once shipped.
Note: We do not cover customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival.

All exchanges must be submitted through our Return Center.


Exchanges (7 Days)

We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original packaging and tags.
Photos are required for approval.

If the size you want is unavailable, we can issue store credit.

We ship your replacement after we receive and inspect your return
Once your return arrives at our facility and we’ve confirmed the item is in good condition, we’ll process it and ship out your replacement right away.

No Refunds

All sales are final due to our small-batch production approach.
We do not offer refunds.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please submit a claim within 7 days through the Return Center and include photos so our team can assist you quickly.


Additional Information

Berlinc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any claims regarding missing deliveries must be submitted directly to the carrier.
